Immunoreactivity and intoxication syndrome in patients with chronic viral hepatitis c

Method: Etiological, gender, age and laboratory characteristics of chronic viral hepatitis C (СVHC) were studied analyzed. The distribution patients depending on the virus genotype, activity degree severity liver fibrosis found out. Indices non-specific reactivity, endogenous intoxication inflammation in course СVHC, their dependence treatment studied. Correlations between values intoxication, patients’ affiliation to group injecting drug users, APRI score, stage genotype estimated. Significant increase (LII, HII, ISS), immunoreactivity (IR, LMR, Ilymph, IA) (ILG) at decrease some indices (ISL, NRR) (KI, ILESR) with CHCV compared healthy persons established. Result: (LII; HII; ISL; ISS; observed during antiviral treatment. Such unambiguous reaction not observed: them increased (Ilymph, IA), decreased NLR; ELR). KI treatment, but ILG increased.
